This role offers competitive compensation ($26.92/hour ) with the potential to convert to a permanent role at the end of the contract period.

Available Shift: Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM - Finish (50-55/hrs week)

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• 3+ years of prior warehouse lead experience

• Proficient with computers

• Shipping dock experience (FedEx, UPS)

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Description:

• Provide leadership and supervision to a team of 10 distribution center associates.

• Develop and implement training programs to ensure team members possess the necessary skills and knowledge.

• Lead and motivate the team to achieve departmental goals and performance objectives.

• Collaborate with team members on tasks within the shipping dock environment.

Pay Details: $26.92 per hour
