Chef Abram Bissell’s new SoHo restaurant, Principe, is seeking highly-skilled and experienced Servers to join our opening team. Principe showcases refined, modern seafood-focused cuisine with a nod to Italian traditions.

Our ideal candidate is a team player with a willingness to learn—a true love of hospitality and exceeding guest expectations is a must!

Job Requirements/Expectations:

• 2 - 3 year of New York City or similar hospitality upscale service experience.
• High levels of Hospitality is one important trait that all applicants must exhibit every day.
• Must want to work in a close teamwork orientated group.
• Must pass quizzes and exams on all trained materials.
• Working knowledge of food, beverage, wine, cocktails and beer. 
• Ability to work efficiently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Work collaboratively with support staff in marking, clearing and maintaining tables
• Complete opening and closing side work.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must be organized and have an extreme ability to multitask.
• Must have the ability to memorize all F&B menus in details to include all allergens to service our guests well
• Must be able to lift 50 Pounds and work while standing for long periods. 
• Ability to climb and descend stairs often while working is a must.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($10.65) plus tips
