We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who can also provide basic video editing support. The ideal candidate will assist with a variety of administrative tasks and ensure that organizational processes run smoothly.
Responsibilities :
Support with sales emails and follow-ups.
Managing schedules and appointment
Organize and manage tasks related to the startup's workflow.
Schedule and manage appointments.
Perform light video editing (three short videos per week).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage emails and follow-ups professionally.
Basic proficiency in video editing tools.
Availability to work 20 hours per week.
Ability to overlap 2-3 hours daily with Pacific Time (US).
