About the Role

We are seeking responsible individuals to play a crucial role in promoting safe and legal alcohol sales in the District of Columbia. As an Underage Drinking Compliance Agent, you'll work as part of a team conducting undercover purchase attempts at ABRA-licensed establishments.

Responsibilities

• Participate in undercover attempts to purchase alcoholic beverages at licensed establishments within the District of Columbia.
• Follow strict protocols and guidelines to ensure safe and legal compliance checks.
• Conduct a maximum of 10 compliance checks during a single shift, lasting no more than 5 hours.
• Actively contribute to the team's goal of completing a minimum of 230 compliance checks per month.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all compliance check activities.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to report findings.
• Attend mandatory training sessions, as required.

Qualifications

• Resident of the District of Columbia with a valid D.C. identification card or D.C. school student identification card.
• Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent observation and reporting skills.
• Comfortable working in a variety of potentially social settings.
• Committed to upholding laws and regulations related to underage drinking.

This position involves participation in undercover operations. You must be comfortable acting in a mature and responsible manner while maintaining confidentiality.
