Job Description

As the Transaction Coordinator Manager, you will lead the Transaction Coordinator Department at Twin Oaks, ensuring that our team is well-trained and up to date with industry changes and real estate document requirements. You’ll oversee department operations, review files, and ensure compliance with internal policies and real estate laws. Responsibilities:

• Lead the Transaction Coordinator Department, managing daily operations and team performance
• Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and Twin Oaks standards
• Oversee file management, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Act as the assigned Transaction Coordinator for selected files
• Keep Twin Oaks informed and compliant with industry changes and standards
• Develop and implement best practices and procedures to maintain compliance efficiency
• Collaborate with other departments to support agent and staff success

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of real estate laws, contracts, and transaction processes
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• 2+ years of Transaction Coordinator experience
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
