Pay Scale: The Technician Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $15.50 and $45.00 The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $10.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit. Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License with a clean DMV record
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
• Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile
• Ability to understand and operate computers
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
