Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead the development of our direct-to-consumer products. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including marketing, engineering, product, design, and operations—to craft seamless and innovative user experiences that help learners discover, purchase, and onboard the right products for their needs.

This position requires strong technical expertise, with experience in web development frameworks like React and Next.js, CMS platforms like Contentful or Hygraph, and CRM/email platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Iterable, or Braze. Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Amplitude and experience in integrating tools and systems are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions that align with business goals.
Partner with business product managers and other teams to define roadmaps and ensure the timely delivery of features.
Translate business and user needs into clear user stories, product specifications, and implementation plans.
Create and maintain detailed acceptance criteria for developers and QA teams to ensure exceptional outcomes.
Keep documentation up to date on your team's features, capabilities, and processes.
Manage web data layers and cookies to support analytics, personalization, and tracking initiatives while ensuring privacy compliance.
Develop features to enhance trial, purchase, and onboarding experiences, improving the customer journey.
Work with marketing teams to optimize product discovery and personalize strategies to match learners with the right products.
Oversee the integration of systems like CMS, CRM, and analytics platforms to streamline operations and enhance the user experience.
Champion Agile principles and methodologies, managing team backlogs and prioritizing features and user stories.
Balance feature development with technical debt reduction and improvements in system resiliency.
Lead SCRUM ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

What We're Looking For:

5-7 years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, or Solutions Architect.
A background as a software engineer, data engineer, or SDET is a plus.
Strong technical fluency, with the ability to discuss architectural concepts, trade-offs, and technical decisions.
Proven experience in managing new website builds using frameworks such as React and Next.js.
Expertise in web data layers, cookies, and ensuring compliance with privacy standards.
Excellent prioritization skills, with the ability to balance feature development and technical improvements.
Outstanding communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to various audiences, including executives, stakeholders, and engineers.
