About the Role:
As a Remote Special Education Teacher, you'll develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to students with varying disabilities. Working closely with a team of educators, parents, and specialists, you'll ensure each student has the support they need to thrive both academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, update, and manage IEPs for assigned students.
Deliver engaging, personalized online lessons based on individual student needs.
Monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods as needed.
Collaborate with general education teachers to support inclusive practices.
Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians to foster engagement.
Participate in virtual team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Special Education or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in a special education setting.
Valid teaching license with a special education endorsement.
Proficiency with educational technology and online learning platforms.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
