Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Influencer with a proven track record of success on TikTok to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of TikTok trends, algorithms, and best practices, be comfortable and engaging on camera, and have a genuine passion for fashion.

Responsibilities:
Create high-quality, original TikTok content that aligns with the brand's voice, tone, and target audience.
Develop and execute innovative TikTok campaigns that drive engagement and increase brand awareness.
Stay up-to-date on the latest TikTok trends, challenges, and best practices.
Analyze TikTok analytics to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement integrated social media strategies.
Engage with followers through comments, direct messages, and live streams.
Build and maintain a strong personal brand on TikTok.

Qualifications:
Proven track record of success as a TikTok influencer with a significant and engaged following.
Strong understanding of the TikTok algorithm and best practices for content creation and distribution.
Excellent video production and editing skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Passion for fashion and a strong understanding of current fashion trends.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
