Location: Military Personnel Flight (MPF), Hurlburt Field, Florida
Job Title: Site Security Manager
Job Type: Full-Time

Duties:

• Oversee daily RAPIDS site operations, ensuring system security and integrity.
• Assign and manage user roles (Verifying Official, Super Verifying Official) within RAPIDS terminals.
• Maintain and control ID card stock, consumables, and equipment to support personnel identification processes.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols by conducting system audits and monitoring local control measures.
• Provide guidance and training to personnel involved in ID issuance, ensuring adherence to Air Force Instructions (AFI) and Department of Defense (DoD) regulations.
• Submit required reports including Monthly Status Reports (MSR) and Weekly Activity Reports (WAR) to track performance.

Requirements:

• Active Secret Security Clearance (mandatory).
• 3+ years of experience managing secure systems, preferably within a military or government environment.
• Strong knowledge of DEERS/RAPIDS and personnel identification systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with DoD data management policies.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Minimum Knowledge and Skills:

• Comprehensive understanding of Air Force and DoD personnel regulations.
• Ability to manage sensitive equipment and classified data with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with experience leading teams and training personnel.
