Job Description

An organization is seeking a bilingual Russian-English Service Coordinator to manage a caseload of 25 individuals . This role involves providing support, coordinating services, and ensuring clients receive the necessary assistance.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage and oversee a caseload of 25 clients , ensuring they receive appropriate services.
• Communicate effectively in both Russian and English to assist clients.
• Coordinate with service providers to facilitate client support and care plans .
• Maintain accurate records and document client interactions.
• Advocate for clients and address any concerns or challenges they may face.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Fluent in Russian and English (spoken and written).
• Experience in case management, social work, or client services preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills .
• Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities independently .
• Compassionate, patient, and committed to helping others.

Salary : $50k - $55k/Year
