Job Summary:

We are looking for a meticulous and seasoned Senior Staff Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust accounting background exceptional analytical skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative fastpaced environment. This role includes managing financial statements ensuring adherence to accounting standards and supporting the organizations overall financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review monthly quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and other regulatory standards.
• Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Perform variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Coordinate and support external audits.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to protect company assets.
• Mentor and guide junior accounting staff.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
• CPA certification preferred.
• At least 5 years of accounting experience with a minimum of 3 years in a senior role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks SAP Oracle Famous or etc.).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
