About the role

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle. This role requires expertise in sourcing, engaging, and placing top talent while building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in full-desk recruiting, a deep understanding of recruitment strategies, and the ability to drive results in a remote environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Proactively source and engage passive and active candidates using various platforms, tools, and methods.
  • Manage a portfolio of job requisitions across different industries and job levels.
  • Present qualified candidates to clients with detailed summaries of their skills, experience, and suitability.
  • Coordinate and manage the interview process between clients and candidates, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
  • Negotiate offers and close candidates, ensuring alignment with client expectations and candidate career goals.
  • Track and document recruitment activity using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or similar tools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, talent market conditions, and recruitment best practices.
  • Provide guidance to clients and candidates regarding market conditions, salary expectations, and hiring trends.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-desk recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and passive candidate outreach.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present candidates effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote work environment and manage time efficiently.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting for specialized roles in industries such as technology, engineering, or healthcare.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment while maintaining quality and candidate experience.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and compliance regulations related to hiring.
  • Experience working with CRMs or advanced recruitment automation tools.
  • Track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
