A local, well established, highly respected General Contractor is seeking a talented Senior Project Manager to join their team.

This is an amazing opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to become an integrate part to become a part of the leadership team. This position responds directly to the President and act on behalf of the President.

Position Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects

- Develop project schedules and budgets

- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers

- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Position Essential Job Functions:

- 10+ years of experience in project management

- Fluent in Procore

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to multitask and problem solve effectively

Position Skills:

- Strong project management skills

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities

- Proficiency in Procore software

- Knowledge of cooperate interiors construction
