Position Overview:

The Superintendent - Custom Home Residential is a key position within our luxury custom home construction company. This individual will oversee the entire construction process of high-end custom homes, from start to finish. They will be responsible for ensuring that each project is completed on time, within budget, and meets the high-quality standards expected by our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the construction process for luxury custom homes, including budget, schedule, quality, and safety.
• Work closely with the construction manager to develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring on-time delivery of projects.
• Communicate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure all project requirements are met.
• Maintain a strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors and other construction team members, ensuring efficient and timely completion of projects.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in luxury custom home construction, with a strong understanding of all aspects of the construction process.
• 15+ years of experience as a Superintendent in Residential Construction 
• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, leading and mentoring construction teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors.
• Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
