Job Title : SAP QM Consultant

Job Type : W2/C2C/1099

Location : Austin Pennsylvania

Experience : 8 to 12 years

We are looking for a SAP QM Consultant who will be responsible for implementing SAP Quality Management solutions that meet the business requirements of our clients. They will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs design solutions configure SAP QM modules and provide ongoing support and enhancements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP QM module configuration integration with other SAP modules and a thorough understanding of quality management processes.

Responsibilities:

• Extensive experience in Business Process Manufacturing Quality Management and/or IT Functional Analyst roles specifically within SAP QM.
• Proven experience in project and matrixed management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive decisions across the organization (downward across upward).
• Deep functional knowledge of the SAP QM Module and its integration with other SAP modules.
• Crossfunctional knowledge and experience working across different business units.
• Drive process standardization and business metrics within the Quality Management (QM) process area.
• Manage project planning work breakdown and time tracking related to QM initiatives.
• Benchmark endtoend best practices in QM and implement improvements.
• Ensure ontime signoff of detailed design documents.
• Resolve process integration gaps and escalations effectively.
• Identify and mitigate risks with a comprehensive plan.
• Vet customizations to ensure alignment with QM requirements.
• Document integrated processes and value stream maps including Quality Management System (QMS) documents.
• Develop training content and documentation for QM transactions.
• Initiate and collaborate on integration test strategies plans and scripts.
• Obtain timely signoff on integrated solutions from Business Unit (BU) Exec Management and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Exec Management.
• Support user acceptance of change initiatives related to QM processes.

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
