SAP IBP lead/Architect

Remote Work

Contract-6 Months+

Role and responsibilities:

• Lead or support the implementation and rollout of SAP IBP modules (particularly experienced in IBP Response and Supply Module)
• Work closely with business stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for enhancements.
• Configure SAP IBP systems and ensure integration with ECC/S4HANA and other third-party systems.
• Perform system testing, training, and documentation.
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with global teams and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
• The person will need to be a solid hands on in "Response & Supply Planning" mainly. "Inventory Planning & Optimization, S&OP, Forecasting / Demand Management" are already implemented but not stable.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with SAP IBP, ideally in one or more modules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities - As this will be a visible role to both business / IT leadership and planning system users, the resource should be very good in communication, articulation, carry himself well in larger meetings, confident, self-starter.
