If you're genuinely passionate about real estate and, specifically, the rehabilitation of homes and neighborhoods, this is the company for you. Whether you are brand new or have less than three years of experience in real estate, we offer an extensive training program and no ceiling for promotion. You'll exclusively work with wholesale buyers and enjoy quick transactions that generally close within 30 days.

Requirements:

• Active Real Estate License: Our Sales Agents hold an active real estate license, or you should be willing to take the steps to obtain one.
