CREDENTIALS

• License: State license as required for job in state
• Certifications: Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN), BLS, ACLS
• Right to work: Completion of a W4 form
• Citizenship : Photo ID
• Knowledge: Completion of a Skills Check List
• Experience: With at least 1 - 2 year(s) EMERGENCY ROOM NURSE experience, in the last 3 years, evidenced through a up to date resume (with no gaps the last 7 years).
• Credibility: 3 references
• Vaccinations: Covid 19 vax details (or exemption)
