As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for entering and updating data in our company database and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities:

• - Accurately input data into our system using a keyboard or scanner

  - Maintain and update databases with new information

  - Verify data by comparing it to source documents

  - Keep track of all received data and documents

  - Organize and maintain files and records

  - Communicate any discrepancies or issues with data to the appropriate team member

  - Other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• - High school diploma or equivalent

  - Excellent typing skills (at least 45 wpm)

  - Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  - Good understanding of data confidentiality principles

  - Strong time management and organizational skills

  - Ability to work independently and proactively

  - Reliable computer and internet connection

  - Availability to work a flexible schedule
