Registered Nurse (RN)

The Registered Nurse  is responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals in providing high-quality patient care in a clinical setting. The RN Clinical Team Lead will oversee the daily operations of the healthcare team, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, and provide guidance and support to team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals in providing patient care 
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards 
• Provide guidance and support to team members 
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care 
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the healthcare team
• Work with Recruiter in the recruitment and hiring of clinical staff 
• Provide training and development opportunities for clinical staff 
• Ensure that patient records are accurate and up-to-date

Qualifications

Required:

• Active Louisiana RN license 
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Associate’s  degree in nursing 
• Minimum of 3  years of nursing experience 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals 
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards 
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills 

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
• Minimum of  year of leadership experience
• Ability to manage a team and prioritize tasks
