Cerritos Nissan INFINITI is looking for a full-time Receptionist . Must be available (10:00 am - 7:00 p.m. ) Weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays. You will serve as the first point of contact for our customers and be responsible for all front-desk and other administrative-support duties. Responsibilities of Receptionist: Answer all incoming calls from multi-line switchboard

• Well organized and professional individual.
• Assist team in managing database.
• Ability to assist in creating sales and leads reports
• Ability to learn and manipulate multiple software programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 401K plan w/ company match

Other Skills, Abilities and Requirements:

• Bilingual in English/Spanish
• Ability to perform functions in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures
• Can maintain and upkeep records
• Ability to maintain calendars and schedule appointments
