R&D Pharmaceutical Scientist

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled R&D Pharmaceutical Scientist to join our team. The primary goal of this position is to research and develop new pharmaceutical formulations and ensure they meet regulatory compliance standards. An ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience within Pharmaceutical Formulation Development and familiarity with HPLC testing, 21 CFR FDA guidelines, and dissolution testing. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize new pharmaceutical formulations
• Perform stability testing on new formulations to ensure they meet regulatory standards
• Conduct regulatory testing and ensure compliance with FDA and 21 CFR FDA regulations
• Utilize HPLC and dissolution testing to analyze the quality of formulations
• Implement quality control and quality assurance procedures to ensure products meet specifications
• Manage projects and communicate with team members to ensure project goals are met
• Conduct analytical chemistry experiments to support product development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry or related field
• 3+ years of experience in formulation development and pharmaceutical formulations
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and FDA regulations
• Experience with HPLC and dissolution testing
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Knowledge of analytical chemistry techniques
• Experience in quality control and quality assurance
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
