The Program Technician (PT) II in the Records Section is responsible for processing the more complex documents for entry into the Automated Archive System (AAS). The PT II also monitors and processes the Error Resolution, and Suspense Queues. The PT II performs various inquiries into the Automated Criminal History, and AAS. The PT II must determine completeness of data based on the criminal justice processes and be familiar with accessing California statutory codes.
