As a Prime Video technologist, you’ll have end-to-end ownership of the product, user experience, design, and technology required to deliver state-of-the-art experiences for our customers. You’ll get to work on projects that are fast-paced, challenging, and varied. You’ll also be able to experiment with new possibilities, take risks, and collaborate with remarkable people.

We’ll look for you to bring your diverse perspectives, ideas, and skill-sets to make Prime Video even better for our customers. With global opportunities for talented technologists, you can decide where a career Prime Video Tech takes you!

As the Principal Product Manager - Tech, Marketing Asset Supply Chain, you will be the driving force behind a transformative initiative that touches every aspect of our entertainment marketing operations. You'll own the end-to-end technical vision and execution of a comprehensive marketing technology suite that includes digital asset management, workflow automation, and analytics capabilities. This platform will serve as the backbone of our global marketing operations, enabling teams to work more efficiently, make data-driven decisions, and scale our marketing efforts effectively across regions.

Your role will be highly strategic, requiring you to balance immediate operational needs with long-term technological innovation. You'll need to deeply understand our marketing workflows, identify opportunities for automation and optimization, and architect solutions that can scale with our rapidly growing business. You'll work closely with marketing stakeholders, engineering teams, and cross-functional partners to deliver solutions that dramatically improve operational efficiency and enable data-driven decision making. This position requires someone who can operate at both strategic and tactical levels – from developing multi-year technology roadmaps to making detailed product decisions. You'll need to navigate complex organizational dynamics, build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups, and drive standardization across global teams. Success in this role means not just building great products, but driving organizational change and adoption at scale.

We're looking for a seasoned product leader who combines deep technical expertise with strong business acumen and exceptional leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives and a track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-year technology programs. They should be equally comfortable discussing technical architecture with engineers, debating product strategy with executives, and working with marketing teams to understand their operational needs. This person should have a passion for solving complex problems at scale and experience with marketing technology, digital asset management, and workflow automation. They should be a strategic thinker who can see beyond immediate problems to develop comprehensive, future-proof solutions. Most importantly, they should be an excellent communicator and collaborator who can build trust with stakeholders, inspire teams, and drive alignment across multiple organizations.

Key job responsibilities
• Own and drive the technical vision, strategy, and roadmap for a transformative marketing technology platform
