Job Description

Longevity Scripts is seeking a dedicated part-time Nurse Consultant. In this role, you will perform quality assurance functions for each assigned account, conduct monthly visits, facilitate vaccination clinics, develop educational programs, and market our services. Essential Job Functions:

1. Promote and communicate Legendary Service, upholding the mission of the organization.
2. Perform quality assurance functions including medication pass observations, medication storage audits, and controlled substance documentation audits, monthly visits and reports for each assigned account. Provide educational services for best practices.
3. Demonstrate Knowledge of laws and federal and state regulations concerning Long Term Care to assist with survey preparedness.
4. Understand day-to day pharmacy operations and act as a liaison between the communities, residents and the pharmacy.
5. Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
6. Act and respond in a professional manner.

Essential Qualifications: 

1. Florida Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) 

2. One to three years' experience in a supervisory long-term care nursing position preferred.

3. Have the ability to:

1. 1. Drive for distances up to 100 miles
   2. Lift 30 or more pounds
   3. Stand for long periods of times at workstations
   4. Clearly communicate verbally and in writing

Experience
