Position : Personal Chauffeur
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Personal Chauffeur to join our team. As a Personal Chauffeur you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization by providing safe and efficient transportation services for our executives and their families.
Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently transport executives and their families to and from various locations including appointments meetings and events
Plan and coordinate travel routes to ensure timely arrival at destinations
Maintain a clean and wellmaintained vehicle at all times
Coordinate vehicle maintenance to ensure vehicle longevity
Keep accurate records of mileage and gas usage
Assist with loading and unloading of luggage and other items as needed
Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations
Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
Be willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a personal or executive chauffeur
Knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work within a team and take direction
Detailoriented with excellent timemanagement skills
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing schedules and tasks
Proactive and able to anticipate the needs of executives and their families
Ability to maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times
