Operations Manager / Transaction Coordinator for Top Producing Real Estate Team Seeking an individual who embodies positivity, enthusiasm, dependability, and sociability. The minimum requirement of one year of experience in real estate for listing and selling properties. Responsibilities include managing a minimum of 7 agents and driving new business growth. Strong communication skills are essential for success in this role. Duties entail assisting agents in listing properties on MLS, handling paperwork from contract to closing, and sending introductory letters to clients, title companies, and lenders. Involves ordering HOA documents and home warranties, and maintaining constant communication with all parties involved in transactions. The key to success is meticulous file management and regular follow-up calls with agents. Seeking a proactive and creative individual proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel, with excellent typing speed and accuracy. • Process listing and sales contracts
• Assist in completion of closing check list
• Answer phones and emails
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Basically it is your position to make sure the closing process goes smoothly so that the client has a stress free transaction!

Qualifications:

• Current Real Estate License
• Experience with Word, Excel, or Publisher is a plus
• Display a people-oriented, positive and customer-focused attitude
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
• High school diploma or bachelor's degree preferred
• Customer service or real estate sales background preferred
• Serve as a strong advocate for clients and their goals
• Display excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exercise active listening and active questioning skills to build rapport and uncover client needs
• Show excellent attention to detail for contract writing and review
• Display persistence and resilience when working through challenging situations
• Show good organizational and time management skills
