Taylor Management is excited to announce an opening for an On-site Property Manager. This pivotal role involves overseeing the daily operations and management of a residential community, ensuring exceptional living experiences for residents and maintaining property standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily management of the property, including maintenance, tenant relations, and administrative tasks.
• Ensure the property is well-maintained and compliant with safety regulations.
• Respond promptly to resident inquiries and concerns, providing outstanding customer service.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee maintenance staff to ensure timely repairs and services.
• Conduct regular property inspections and address any issues that arise.
• Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and managing operating expenses.
• Collaborate with the homeowner's association to enforce community policies and foster a positive living environment.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Property Manager or in a related field is required.
• Strong understanding of property management principles and applicable regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in property management software and MS Office Suite.
• Availability to address residents’ needs outside of regular business hours, as necessary.
