Job Description

Cisco PS team is searching for a PM to drive installs/deployments and all activities including; decomms, moves, upgrades, switch swaps, swing gear migrations, etc., for all Cisco Business Units except: IT/GIS/Engineering.

• The ideal candidate will have over 10 years' experience driving many projects in parallel in fast paced, high stress, technical enterprises.
• This PM (preferably PMO certified) will have EXCELLENT communication skills and leverage any number of different PM tools like; MS Project, Asana, etc.,
• Must be disciplined capturing and sending post meeting documentation that include action items for all stakeholders and be assertive enough to hold all parties accountable - while not insulting or crossing the line for customer stakeholders.
• This PM will be expected to learn and follow ALL policies and procedures that have been thoughtfully created to organize the chaos.
• This PM will be expected to successfully prioritize their workload, be the primary customer POC & provide regular updates to all stakeholders.
• This PM will be expected to identify requirements, kick off, proactively manage to successful completion any and all projects within the Cisco other BU space which has approx. 20 BU's of which 5-7 are active to very active.
• This PM will take direction from the NetApp Program Manager aligned to Cisco.

*Location: 10% Onsite in CA and 90% remote

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $60-70/Hr
