Job Description

Accentuate Staffing is partnering with a renowned healthcare company who is hiring for an MRI Manager. This is a direct hire opportunity, offering competitive pay and benefits while working onsite. The ideal candidate will be highly credentialed in MRI and have at least two years of experience working with MRI technologists on image quality and experience working directly with radiologists improving MRI efficiencies and productivity.

Responsibilities:

1. Provides leadership within MRI and Radiology departments, responsible for leading teams of MRI technologists across multiple locations.
2. Creates new and reinvigorates existing technical procedures and techniques as needed, assuring manuals are updated as appropriate and reviewed annually.
3. SME for MRI, upholds communications with all radiologists to assist Site Manager with the quality of service.
4. Develops plans and feasibility analyses for both the expansion and change in services and/or activities. This would also include preparing and submitting recommendations for strategic plans.
5. Managing compliance with regulatory guidelines in all assigned service areas, creating department-wide compliance and collaboration.

Requirements:

1. Associates degree or higher related to Radiology.
2. Active AART certification.
3. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology and medical terminology.
4. 5 years minimum as an MRI Technologist.
5. 2+ years of experience managing and/or supervising MRI Technologist in a healthcare environment.
