What You'll Do:

Prepare and assemble medical record documentation and charts for physicians.
Ensure compliance with medical record standards through self-documentation attestation.
Update patient histories, physical exams, and other relevant health information.
Prepare and send all documentation to physicians for review and approval, ensuring detailed data entry and adherence to facility-specific procedures.
Monitor lab result durations and screening procedures.
Comply with policies related to HIPAA and other medical facility regulations.
Perform various clerical duties to enhance provider productivity and clinic workflow as assigned.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of assessment criteria to effectively review and apply them.
Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service or a healthcare-related role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Compassionate and empathetic demeanor.
A desktop/laptop with at least an i3/Ryzen3 processor and 8GB of RAM.
A webcam, noise-canceling headset, and internet speed of 30Mbps or above.
A dedicated workspace at home.
