We are seeking a reliable and compassionate individual to join our team as a Medical Transportation Driver. As a driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting patients to and from medical facilities, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout the journey.
Responsibilities:
- Transporting patients to and from medical facilities such as hospitals, clinics, and doctor's offices
- Ensuring patient safety and comfort during transportation
- Following all traffic laws and regulations while driving
- Communicating effectively with patients and medical staff
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the vehicle
- Keeping track of appointments and managing schedules efficiently
- Providing assistance to patients with mobility issues as needed
Qualifications:
Must be 23 and older (Insurance Requirements)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience in medical transportation or a similar field preferred
- Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and compassionate in stressful situations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
