Responsibilities: • Prepare, submit, and follow up on accurate billing for home health services. • Verify and process patient insurance claims and reimbursement documentation. • Maintain up-to-date records of billing activities and resolve discrepancies promptly. • Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. • Provide excellent communication and support to patients and team members regarding billing inquiries. Qualifications: • Prior experience with HHA Exchange and Penni software  strongly preferred. • 2+ years of experience in medical billing • Proficiency in medical coding and billing software • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry • Knowledge of insurance verification and claims processing • Competency in US work authorization • Bilingual is a plus • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with professionalism About Company: Company Mission: If you are passionate about accurate billing and have the expertise to excel in a home healthcare environment, we'd love to hear from you!
