Job Description: Maintenance Technician

Join the HeadPinz Naples team as a Maintenance Technician and help protect and maintain the physical assets of our center. From bowling equipment to HVAC systems and building infrastructure, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly to provide a safe, enjoyable experience for our guests and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Facility Manager in maintaining and protecting the center’s assets, including bowling equipment, food and beverage equipment, buildings, HVAC systems, and roofs/gutters.
• Maintain pinspotters/setters, automatic scoring equipment, lanes, and other equipment at peak operational efficiency.
• Follow and execute the preventive maintenance program as directed by the Facility Manager.
• Conduct daily inspections of bowler areas and lane approaches to identify and resolve unsafe conditions or escalate issues to the Manager on Duty.
• Adhere to safety protocols, including Lock-Out/Tag-Out procedures for safety-sensitive equipment.
• Enforce machine area safety standards and ensure only trained personnel are around safety-sensitive equipment.
• Perform carpentry, plumbing, drywall repair, and painting tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support center operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; or 3–5 years of related experience in automotive, electrical, or HVAC fields.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Working knowledge of complex electrical systems preferred.
• Experience in carpentry, plumbing, drywall repair, and painting is a plus.
