Remote Marketing Manager (Insurance Industry)
Fully Remote | P&C & Life/Health License Required | State Farm Experience Preferred

Are you a creative, strategy-driven professional with experience in marketing and a background in the insurance industry? We're seeking a Marketing Manager to join our fully remote team! In this role, you'll play a key part in driving the growth of our agency through innovative marketing efforts and strong community engagement.

You'll have the opportunity to shape our public image, strengthen relationships with existing clients, and lead cross-functional campaigns to expand the value our producers bring to the table. From social media strategy to community event planning, you'll make a meaningful impact while gaining unique insights to support your career development.

What You'll Do:

Collaborate with leadership to manage website updates and create engaging social media content.
Identify and support local community events that align with our brand.
Set and achieve marketing goals that drive growth and visibility.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, assess customer needs, and market relevant products and services.
Help build and maintain a digital marketing system to promote our services.

What We're Looking For:

Ability to obtain both Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
Marketing or sales experience (inside/outside sales, retail, or telemarketing) is preferred.
Proficiency in creating content for social media, websites, and email campaigns.
Strong presentation skills and comfort interacting with potential clients.
Self-motivated, people-oriented, and creative in solving challenges and achieving goals.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
