POSITION SUMMARY
Nurp is seeking a talented and versatile Email Marketer & Copywriter to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing both short-form ad copywriting and D2C email marketing efforts to drive engagement and conversion across various digital channels. As a Copywriter at Nurp, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing creative concepts, crafting compelling ad copy, developing persuasive email content, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize results.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
Collaborate closely with designers to integrate copy seamlessly with visuals and optimize content for various platforms and formats.
Create persuasive and informative email body copy, subject lines, and calls-to-action for D2C email campaigns, aligning them with campaign objectives and brand voice.
Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, email content, calls-to-action, and send times to continually optimize performance and maximize results.
Utilize analytics tools to analyze campaign results, track key metrics, and generate reports to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize future email campaigns based on data analysis, industry trends, and best practices.
Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. (prefered)
Minimum of 3 years experience in copywriting, email marketing, D2C marketing, and direct response marketing preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
Minimum of 3 years experience in creative and ad campaign copywriting
Strong portfolio showcasing short-form ad copywriting samples and email marketing campaigns.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in advertising copywriting and email marketing.
