Top Tier Manufacturer is looking for a Manufacturing Production | Operations Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to be responsible for managing all aspects of production, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, optimizing processes for efficiency, and leading a team of skilled personnel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, proven leadership abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Certification in Safety or quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) is a plus
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (preferred)
• High level of leadership skills, organizational planning, teamwork, and analytical reasoning
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• 5+ years in a management role
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety regulations, and quality standards
  Knowledge of relevant software applications, such as ERP systems and production planning tools
• Capable of communicating and expressing ideas clearly and concisely, in both written and oral form
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Strong interpersonal, technical and presentation skills required
• Bachelor's Degree (Technical, or Business Administration preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

This role will sit ONSITE out of the Pine Bluffs, AR facility.
