Responsibilities: • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met • Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs • Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele • Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads • Team and individual sales • Lead generation • Lead follow up • Database campaign mastery • Utilize CRM's • Set appointments • Close appointments • Grow into a lead buyer or listing agent • Sales scripts Qualifications: • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license • A real estate license required • Superb communication • Commission opportunity • Must live within the greater Phoenix area • Sales experience About Company: Our Mission: Empowering you to fund your dreams and create the most incredible legacy possible by building bigger, more profitable businesses and pursuing peak emotional and mental fitness.
