Passion for Helping Customers: A genuine drive to help customers succeed and overcome challenges.
Consultative Approach: A problem-solving mindset with the ability to guide conversations, uncover customer needs, and offer tailored solutions.
Strong Communicator: You can clearly explain the value of our solutions in a persuasive and compelling way.
Curious & Inquisitive: You ask insightful questions to understand customer needs and continuously look for opportunities to add value.
Self-Starter & Team Player: You thrive in independent work but recognize the value of collaboration to achieve shared goals.

What You'll Bring:

A winning mindset, ready to excel in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
The ability to perform under pressure and in a high-intensity sales environment.
A positive, coachable attitude and willingness to grow.
At least 1 year of success in a Customer Manager role (ideally in K-12 EdTech or SaaS); K-12 teaching experience is a plus (2+ years preferred).
A proven track record of meeting and exceeding subscription renewal and expansion goals.
Familiarity with education purchasing processes and key decision-makers.
Proficiency with CRM tools, marketing automation software, and virtual communication platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A passion for educating prospects, closing new opportunities, and making a real impact on customers' success.
Strong discovery skills to identify new opportunities across your assigned territory.
A relevant college degree.
Preferred Location: Central, Mountain, or Pacific Time Zones.

Why Join Us?
