Job Description

Express Employment in Warren is seeking an Experienced Industrial Sales person to join their team in Warren, Ohio.

Shift: 8am - 5pm

Pay: Salary $60,000-$75,000 (determined based on experience) plus bonus and benefits package

 Duties and Responsibilities:

• Have the appropriate focus to serve and build relationships with accounts to achieve top-line growth and profitability.
• Assist in the development and implementation of strategic sales objectives.
• Provide routine updates on critical issues to corporate leadership.
• Be apprised of customer issues and be willing to help solve quality, pricing, packaging, and shipment complications.
• Know their customer’s business and performance; frequently visit their customer’s facilities and corporate office.
• Identify the top-level decision-makers and develop sales relationships to increase revenue opportunities.
• Be able to manage multiple tasks by creating, developing, and using necessary reports for decision-making.
• Be aware of the account’s profit performance and work with supply chain and internal departments to increase that profitability.

Requirements:

• Must have a strong Sales background.
• Must have strong mathematical abilities, proficiency in 3D CAD systems, Microsoft Office Suite, written and oral communication skills, and working knowledge of all corporate capabilities.
• Overall, this person must possess a great work ethic, a positive attitude, and be a team player.
• This position must effectively deal with customers, other sales and support staff, supply chain project managers, and departments at the corporate level.
• Applicants with experience in machining, castings, and foundry work will be better suited for this position.
• Degree in Industrial Technology or Mechanical Engineering Technology a plus.
