WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

An HVAC Install Manager who will support both the field and office operations. 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Find ways to get more production out of each day to maximize company profits
• Lead the effort to ensure customer satisfaction on all projects.
• Take sold jobs and get them scheduled. Place calls on the schedule yourself, or work with Install Coordinators to do so. Decide appropriate team size and time for completion
• Use information given from salesmen to stock the job and have parts and equipment prepped for the installation. Lead the warehouse in locating and fulfilling orders.
• Assign morning jobs to visit for the Install Field Supervisors and also approve their end time for the day.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• 4 years + of experience installing residential HVAC systems.
• Ability to handle sensitive information
• HVAC mechanical knowledge and abilities
• Taking the lead in all instances when needed
• Finding solutions to install issues and effectively communicating the information to the install team and customer.
• RMGA and EPA Certifications preferred
• Excellent customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations
• Valid driver's license
