[Job Summary] The company is actively searching for an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join their corporate HR team at the company’s Business Service Center (BSC) located in the Buckhead area of Atlanta, GA. Successful candidates will have an HR Generalist background and will support the Sr. HR Director in establishing and executing HR programs and initiatives to drive business results, increase engagement and enhance the company as a great place to work. This position partners closely with senior leaders and all HR team members to provide both strategic and tactical support. The successful candidate will be bilingual Korean/English, have a minimum of 3-5 years of payroll experience using ADP workforce now, and will have managed the actual payroll processing for an expatriate or other employee group involving extra perks over and above the regular employee workforce. In addition, strong super user and administration expertise of success factors recruiting, performance and training modules are a strong essential function of this position. Additionally, the HRBP will be the HRIS Administrator (SuccessFactors), lead the annual goal setting and the performance management process, launch the HPI Process and perform other duties as assigned.

[Job Description] HRBP to Expats
Lead orientation to provide seamless transition for Expats new assignments
Prepare for Expats arrival or departure
Setup SSN, Driver’s License, Housing and community questions
Expat payroll processing using ADP Workforce Now including ERP upload, review/prepare year-end tax returns, IRS payments
SuccessFactors Administrator
Maintain accuracy of data by performing audits and make necessary corrections
Ensure integrity of employee data
Ensure organization charts for all company business units are accurate
Annual Goal Setting and Performance Management
Lead annual goal setting process and manage mid-year and end-of-year process
Initiate goal setting and performance templates in Success Factors as needed
Roll out communication and launch of each process to Managers and Employees setting expectations, completion and deadline
Prepare and rollout training on each process
Track and ensure completion of each by deadline
Manage Calibration of performance ratings according to T/O from HQ
Track status and maintain reports when requested
HPI Process (Hi-Potential Individual Program)
Provide comprehensive rollout of HPI Process
Introduce program to Managers. Provide details of the program, goals, outcomes and requirements for nominees.
Review HPI materials with managers and nominees to ensure nominees are fully apprised of the program
Schedule interviews of nominees with Senior HR Leader
Return information to HQ and follow up with nominees on their selection or non-selection result
Global Mobility Program
Identify Global Mobility Candidates from AMS sites
Communicate with site Managers to determine suitable candidates:
Share Corporate materials with Managers to explain the program in depth
Return results to Corporate on identified candidates
Handle Vendor Registration process for HR
Enter all vendor registrations required for approval in the system
Other responsibilities as assigned
[Qualifications] Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant experience
3-5+ years' US Corporate HR experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist working within a matrixed environment highly preferred
3-5 years of payroll experience using ADP Workforce Now, and will have managed the actual payroll processing for an expatriate or other employee group involving extra perks over and above the regular employee workforce is required.
Expert knowledge with SuccessFactors. Recruiting, performance and training modules are a strong essential function of this position and the incoming must have hands-on experience teaching/training users.
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
Bilingual Korean/English with excellent verbal and written communication skills highly preferred
