Spur, a digital staffing agency, seeks a hard-working and punctual Long-Term Grader for Best Brains Learning Center.
The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, adhering to the rules and guidelines set by the school and Spur. This position's primary responsibility is to evaluate and assess student assignments, exams, and coursework.
Duties expected of this position are:
Evaluate student work, including homework, tests, quizzes, and projects.
Teaching enrichment lessons.
Keep accurate and organized records of grades and feedback, ensuring transparency and ease of reference for faculty and students.
Identify and report academic dishonesty, such as plagiarism, per the institution’s policy.
Communicate with instructors to ensure understanding of grading expectations, assignment changes, or additional instructions. Clarify grading guidelines when needed.
Qualifications
Washington State Background Check
Graders must be fluent in English to ensure any writing is graded correctly.
Compensation
This position pays $20.00/hour
Job Hours: Mondays and Wednesdays, 4:30 PM - 7:30 PM, and Saturdays: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM. (Hours vary per location)
