The Work You Will Do
As an enthusiastic and collaborative Facilitation specialist, in the Office of Organizational Development & Engagement (ODE), you will actively support and facilitate changes within the department while emphasizing the importance of continuous learning to enhance employee performance. You will assist the ODE manager with:
Specifically, this role is responsible for the operational performance of DEPs Learning Management System (LMS) including, but not limited to configuration, reporting, learning analytics, structural maintenance, system documentation, library development and maintenance, user support and training and feedback. Additionally, this role will assist with special projects, ODE’s web presence and resources and training email box.
