Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and energetic EntryLevel Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role will support the planning and execution of various events ensuring they run smoothly and are successful. The ideal candidate is a motivated selfstarter with a passion for event planning excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events including conferences trade shows meetings and social events.
• Collaborate with clients to determine their event needs and objectives.
• Research and book venues catering entertainment and other event services.
• Help manage event logistics including transportation accommodations and scheduling.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
• Assist in the development of event budgets and track expenses.
• Support the marketing team in promoting events through various channels.
• Assist with onsite event management including setup registration and teardown.
• Collect and analyze feedback from event participants to improve future events.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare postevent reports.

Qualifications:

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with event management software and social media platforms
