Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical work, specifically in data centers, industrial settings, and power plants. This position will require strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to oversee multiple projects and teams simultaneously. The Electrical Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all electrical aspects of construction projects, from planning to execution, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project timelines. This role will also require strong communication and organizational skills to effectively coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all electrical aspects of construction projects, from planning to execution

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project timelines

Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders

Supervise and lead a team of electricians on project sites

Monitor and maintain project budget and resources

Review and interpret blueprints, electrical diagrams, and other technical documents

Troubleshoot and resolve any electrical issues that may arise on site

Ensure all work is completed according to industry standards and codes

Maintain accurate project documentation and reports

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years' experience working as an Electrical Superintendent in the construction industry

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, data centers, industrial settings, and power plants

Proven leadership experience and ability to manage and supervise a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical diagrams, and technical documents

Familiarity with industry safety regulations and codes

Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software

Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
