Are you passionate about providing quality care and making a positive difference in people’s lives? Continuum Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated caregiver to join our team! Position: Caregiver Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Every Other Weekend

Rate: $20 per hour (shift premium rate) Start Date: Immediately What We Offer:

About the Role: As a caregiver with Continuum Home Health Care, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and reliable care to our clients. You will work closely with a supportive team dedicated to excellence in home health care. This role requires a commitment to reliability and a passion for helping others. What We’re Looking For:
