THE POSITION

As a Director, Contracts Program Management - Micro Electronics here at Honeywell Space, you will have the opportunity to lead and oversee the program management strategy and initiatives for our Micro Electronics division. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement programs that drive operational excellence, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Your strong leadership skills and strategic thinking will be essential in delivering successful outcomes for Honeywell Space.

You will report directly to our Sr. Director, National Programs, Military Space and Micro Electronics and you will work out of our Plymouth, Minnesota location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will have a direct impact on the success of our Micro Electronics division. You will be responsible for leading and managing programs, ensuring timely delivery, cost management, and quality assurance. Your ability to collaborate with stakeholders, drive cross-functional collaboration, and manage resources will be crucial in achieving program objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and oversee the program management execution, strategy and initiatives for the Micro Electronics division.
  • Develop and implement programs to drive operational excellence, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Manage program performance metrics, reporting, and risk management.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the program management team.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts and identify areas for process optimization.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in program management.

U.S. CITIZEN REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a US Citizen: a person who was born anywhere in the United States or its territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands, or who obtained U.S. citizenship through naturalization.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
  • Incentive Eligible
  • Salary Range: $187,000 - $234,000

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management or related roles.
  • Must be a US Citizen willing to work out of the Honeywell Space, Plymouth Minnesota facility.
  • Must be able to gain a DoD TS/SCI Clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree
