Job Description

Summary 

Serves customers in-house by installing and servicing systems and products at CardioQuip. Assists in maintaining CardioQuip equipment and facilities to ensure processes and procedures are adhered to and compliant. 

Direct Report 

Director of Operations and Depot Service Managers

Responsibilities 

• Completes work orders, investigating complaints, conducting tests, and resolving problems 
• Adhere to CardioQuip's process and procedures 
• Establishes service by studying system requirements, gathering components and parts, completing repairs, and performing acceptance tests. 
• Suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending system improvements to management 
• Keeps personal equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, and performing preventive maintenance 
• Documents service actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records. 
• Maintains customer confidence by keeping service information confidential and following HIPAA requirements. 
• Ensure that machinery, equipment, and facilities, are maintained properly for general maintenance and service-related activities. 
• Assisting in the assembly and fulfilment of parts and devices. 

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to undergo additional training as required.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to traverse the distribution warehouse and access a variety of storage spaces and shelving units by stretching, squatting, and reaching.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
